This website is owned and operated by Icarus Spriggins (Rassputin). This page sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the ability to register as Wet Posse Members, Audience, Affiliates and Managers. Membership approval is overseen by Icarus Spriggins who hereby reserves the right to decline membership to anyone if they are not an appropriate representative of the Wet Posse, a potential danger to our performers or who may falsely represent themselves as a member of our Posse. Through this website users will be able to stay updated with current events and information relevant to interested parties.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

At the current time, tickets to events are sold via third party websites and all sales fall under the appropriate terms and conditions of each particular ticket merchant used.

For members contributing to the website, you recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website. You also agree that you have sought the consent of anyone pictured in videos/photos to display these publicly, especially when handling photos that may contain nudity or near-nudity and upon the request of anyone pictured, images of performers and other parties may be removed.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.

You agree to indemnify and hold Icarus Spriggins (Rassputin) harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

By signing up to Rassputin's Wet Posse, a public profile that will be created that is visible to other users of our website. We endeavour to keep private any sensitive information or information that may put performers at risk and recommend avoiding your personal name as your display name unless you are comfortable with the association between your performer identity and personal identity being public. We will not share email addresses or methods of contact other than social media pages that you may choose to provide links to.

Code of Conduct

Rassputin's Wet Posse endeavours to be a community built on trust, consent and acceptance. We observe a zero tolerance policy towards fascist ideation, discrimination and X-phobias. This is a safe and supportive space for people of every gender, age, background, appearance and experience level. Any public interaction with the website or at our shows that is deemed to be in conflict with our code of conduct will result in a warning and/or immediate removal from the website or event.

This includes positive representation of harmful public figures and their intellectual property where knowledge of their harmful views is readily accessible and known by the offending party.

All users agree, as outlined in the terms and conditions, to seek consent before posting photos of other members, especially when nudity or near-nudity is involved.

Due to the nature of our shows and performances, this is a strictly 18+ website.

Where contributions are made to the blog that may result in disagreements, Icarus Spriggins (Rassputin) will act as mediation between the parties to resolve the issue. It is preferred that these matters be dealt with in private rather than through comments, negative ratings, etc.

In becoming a Wet Posse Member you agree to represent our brand in your best capacity and will act in a supporting, not derogatory manner towards fellow members.

Privacy Policy

As much as possible, Rassputin's Wet Posse endeavours to protect sensitive information of our performers and associates. We only collect email information for signup purposes and all other private information is at the user's discretion to provide.

We will not share email addresses or legal names publicly except where users have personally chosen to have this information visible.

Photos and videos will only be shared with consent of all parties who appear in them and consent may be revoked at any time through appropriate contact channels to have photos removed and videos cut to remove any unwanted appearances.

On event line-ups and website listings, performers will only ever be listed under their stage or associated business names.
